Our engineering team built the analysis tool using the publicly available GWAS summaries, harmonizing the process through tools such as
- Locus resolution and fine-mapping
- Co-localization, TWAS, VEP, eQTLs, and sc-eQTLs
- Mapping of variants/loci to sc/sn-ATAC peaks
A gene prioritizing framework was built and deployed for analysis and prioritization of the genes in the tool.
